Emilia Łobińska-Szyc is a legal advisor with over ten years of experience in comprehensive legal services for businesses and public institutions. She specialises in property law, construction law, and public procurement, with a particular focus on investment and infrastructure projects.
From the outset of my professional practice, I have focused on supporting business clients in making informed and secure legal decisions, combining legal knowledge with a real understanding of investment processes and market needs. MONUM Lawyers Office was established in response to the need for a modern law firm – close to people, focused on dialogue, strategy, and long-term cooperation.
She gained professional experience in both law firms and in-house within public institutions, higher education establishments, and the Polish army. On a day-to-day basis, she advises on complex projects relating to real estate, construction, public procurement, intellectual property law, and new technologies.
An important element of her practice is also the area of R&D and commercialisation of innovation. She completed Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and obtained a certificate as an R&D Project Manager from EY Academy of Business, which allows her to effectively support clients in projects combining law, technology, and business.
Works in Polish and English, treating English as an equal working language. Holds a TOLES Higher certificate, confirming advanced knowledge of legal English, which enables her to handle international projects and conduct negotiations and documentation in a cross-border environment.
In their work, they focus on clear communication, transparency, and relationships based on trust. They believe that law should be a tool for support – understandable, accessible, and grounded in business realities. Concurrently, they are involved in educational activities, collaborating with academia and young lawyers.
